Membership in the First Light Rewards program is subject to the terms and conditions set forth below. First Light and all First Light Rewards partners reserve the right to change any aspect of the First Light Rewards program at any time with 30 days' notice to active members. This right includes, but is not limited to, changes in partner affiliation, rules for earning points and redemption levels. However, rules for use of First Light Rewards, cities served, limited availability, restricted dates and specific features of promotional offers are subject to change with or without notice at the discretion of First Light and the First Light Rewards partners. First Light further reserves the right to discontinue the First Light Rewards program with three months' notice to members. First Light Rewards Program Rules

All users must elect to join the First Light Rewards Program. User agrees to receive regular email alerts pertaining to the user's points status.
Points for all registered users of the Rewards program will accumulate as listed from time to time on the Rewards Information Page. Points will not be accumulated on the following: Couriers, Footage Lab Fees, Interpolation Charges, Project Management Fees, Clearance Fees, Assignment Fees, Research Fees - Stills, Research Fees - Footage, Seat Upgrades, Scan Fees, First Light Scan Fee, First Light Shipping Charge, Interest Charge.
Points will not accumulate on late fees assessed on invoices past due.
Points may only be redeemed in increments designated by First Light as indicated on-line.
Points will be attached to the account holder's on-line user profile.
Points will be updated automatically online after a purchase has been completed.
The user agrees that purchases for points become non-refundable upon redemption of points.
Points redeemed will be non-refundable and non-returnable.
Points will not be redeemable for cash.
Points will be attached to the account holder's on-line user profile and are non-transferable.
Expiration of points: All points will expire on accounts that have no purchases for one year from the last purchase. All points will expire if they have not been redeemed after two calendar years from the last purchase.
